Hotel Acko Ruzomberok, Ruzomberok

My stay started off poorly as I was given a dirty room with unpleasant smells and a noisy environment. In contrast, the dining experience was delightful with great food, and the pool area was a highlight during my visit. However, the lack of cleanliness significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. While the staff did apologize for the condition of the room, it still left a bad impression. I found the hotel affordable, but even with that in mind, it’s difficult to overlook the poor hygiene.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable, albeit showing signs of wear, and the bed quality was good. However, the dining options were somewhat limited and the atmosphere in the restaurant, with loud music playing, detracted from the overall experience. While the amenities could use some improvement, the staff were helpful during my stay.

I had a pleasant stay with great food and comfortable accommodations, but the Wi-Fi was lacking in my room, and the breakfast options could be improved. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely highlights, adding a nice touch to the experience. Overall, it was a good value for money, and I would consider staying again.
